關(guān)稅相關(guān)
1.以目的國產(chǎn)生的關(guān)稅為準(zhǔn);
2.澳大利亞低于1000澳元物品沒有任何稅費(fèi),高于1000澳元物品會(huì)產(chǎn)生關(guān)稅;
2.國外海關(guān)產(chǎn)生關(guān)稅由收件人支付;
3.派遞不成功退回運(yùn)費(fèi)同發(fā)出運(yùn)費(fèi)，如中國海關(guān)產(chǎn)生關(guān)稅由原發(fā)件人支付。

1.沒有上網(wǎng)，按帝國速運(yùn)的賠償標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。
2.上網(wǎng)后貨提供查詢單，按郵局的標(biāo)準(zhǔn)賠償，最高不超過300元RMB。



禁限寄物品
國際航空禁運(yùn)的危險(xiǎn)物品及國家明令禁止出口貨物等。



發(fā)貨說明 
1.必須在帝國速運(yùn)系統(tǒng)建立訂單（錄入包裹信息），且在系統(tǒng)中打印地址標(biāo)簽和報(bào)關(guān)單粘貼在包裹上；
2.盡量不要帶其他無關(guān)標(biāo)識(shí)，易碎品建議粘貼易碎品的標(biāo)志；
3.使用英文正確填寫訂單信息，其中物品名稱需要盡量詳細(xì)，不要以Gift、Sample等詞語申報(bào)；
4.訂單信息可以使用Excel批量上傳，或通過API方式建立訂單。
